PulsePoint Health & Wellness offers telehealth consultations for COVID-related symptoms and prevention, providing expert guidance on treatment options and medication prescriptions. Whether you’re seeking treatment for an active infection or preventative care, our services ensure you receive timely, professional care, all from the safety and comfort of your home.

BEFORE YOU REGISTER, PLEASE READ BELOW:

Fees paid for consultation include the following:

• Provider reviewing your chart and medical history
• Prescribing medications appropriately for individual
• Consultation with provider for COVID RELATED SERVICES
• You will be contacted via text or email for a Telemedicine visit for sick patients and a phone call for preventative treatment.
• Provider will be available to answer your questions at this time.
• Prescriptions will be forwarded to the patient’s pharmacy of choice (we do have a pharmacy that can ship to you if needed) with medication and allergy history.
• The cost of the medication(s) does not cover additional refills.
• The Provider consultation fee does not include the medications from the pharmacy.
• Refunds will not be processed once the consultation is complete and medications have been sent. Once prescriptions are filled, they cannot be put back on the shelves, and our provider has already completed a review of your medical history.
• We will attempt 3 times for your scheduled visit. If we are unable to make contact, your appointment will be cancelled and a refund will be processed.
• For COVID-related medications, please note: These medications are controversial treatment protocols and are being used off-label. Please do your research before booking an appointment.
